Privacy Policy — Execution

This app ("Execution") is built for personal goal execution using the 12 Week Year methodology. Your data is yours. This policy describes exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase (Google, Apple, or email/password).
• Your execution data: goals, tactics, reflections, daily focus picks, day-close records, cycle archives, and settings you create inside the app.
• Usage and behavioral analytics: actions you take in the app — tasks completed, goals logged, planning sessions started, morning and evening rituals, day-close events, and similar in-app interactions. This data is stored in our own database, used only to improve the app, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos or media
• Microphone / camera
• Health data
• Usage data sold to third parties

How we use it

• To provide the execution features (store your goals, sync your progress across devices).
• To authenticate you (via Supabase).
• To troubleshoot errors you encounter.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

• Your data is stored in Supabase (a managed Postgres provider) and, as a cache, in your device's local storage.
• Your data is also held on your device in local storage so the app works offline.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. You can delete your account inside the app at Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account and data, which removes your data from both Supabase and this device.

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data — visible in the app.
• Export — contact support and we'll send you a JSON export within 30 days.
• Delete — use the in-app Delete button, or email support. Deletion is permanent.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Third parties

• Supabase (database, auth) — see supabase.com/privacy.
• Apple / Google (sign-in providers, only if you choose them) — see their respective policies.

No other third parties receive your data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and bump the date at the top. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
